Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, claiming a coupon, or otherwise using CouponPS, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Description of Service

CouponPS is a digital coupon marketing platform that allows restaurant and store owners ("Merchants") to create coupon campaigns, distribute them via shareable links and QR codes, and manage redemptions. Consumers ("Claimers") can claim coupons by providing their email and phone number.

3. Account Registration

Merchants must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method. You may cancel at any time through the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Refunds are provided at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

5. Coupon Terms

Coupons issued through CouponPS are subject to the following conditions:

• Each coupon is limited to one per customer per campaign unless otherwise stated.
• Coupons are non-transferable and have no cash value.
• Coupons cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly permitted by the issuing Merchant.
• The issuing Merchant reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any coupon or campaign at any time without prior notice.
• CouponPS is not the issuer of coupons and bears no responsibility for honoring, fulfilling, or refunding any coupon.
• Coupons are void where prohibited by law.

6. Merchant Responsibilities

Merchants are solely responsible for:

• The accuracy and legality of their coupon offers and campaign content.
• Honoring valid, unredeemed coupons presented by customers.
• Compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws regarding promotions, discounts, and consumer protection.
• Ensuring campaign images and descriptions do not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights.

7. Prohibited Use

You may not use CouponPS to:

• Publish false, misleading, or deceptive offers.
• Promote illegal products or services.
• Collect personal information for purposes unrelated to the coupon campaign.
• Violate the intellectual property rights of others.
• Attempt to game, exploit, or abuse the coupon system.

8. Limitation of Liability

CouponPS is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss of revenue, data, or any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. CouponPS acts solely as a technology platform and is not a party to transactions between Merchants and Claimers. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CouponPS, its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform, your coupon campaigns, or your violation of these terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any reason at our discretion. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, any outstanding coupons remain subject to these terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which CouponPS operates. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of that jurisdiction.
